Diana is a Registered Psychologist with a thoughtful approach to holistic and preventative wellbeing. She works from a compassionate and integrative perspective, supporting adults to explore their experiences, reconnect with their strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change. Her approach combines evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and Internal Family Therapy (IFS) that honour each person’s unique journey. She also has a professional interest in the emerging field of psychedelic-assisted therapy (PAT) and its potential role within evidence-based psychological care.
Diana also holds a Master in Business. Her earlier career as a research analyst and project coordinator focused on organisational wellbeing and performance, giving her insight into the pressures people face in demanding professional environments. This experience continues to shape her approach: not just supporting people through challenges, but helping them build resilience, psychological flexibility, and sustainable wellbeing to thrive in both life and work. She has developed resilience and wellbeing programs delivered within Australia and around the world.
She offers therapy in English and Spanish and is particularly passionate about supporting clients to enhance their personal growth, wellbeing, and performance from a holistic perspective.
Work with diverse communities across Australia, USA and Colombia
